We have just discovered another issue with the information that is being passed to PayPal during our checkout process.
When someone places an order and uses a credit/debit card, PayPal only receives the customer’s invoice/billing address but not the information for a delivery/shipping address.
I submitted a support ticket to PayPal Merchant Technical Support, and they said that my cart is not passing the delivery information to PayPal. I can verify that my cart is collecting the delivery information, because it appears correctly on all of my Prestashop invoices. So it would appear that the issue is somewhere between your module and PayPal.
Again, this happens when paying with the credit/debit card interface, not when logging into PayPal directly.
