WP First Data Global Gateway e4 Hosted Module- Credentials help

I have purchased WP First Data Global Gateway e4 Hosted Solution Module plugin for woocommerce: http://www.modulebazaar.com/en/wp-woocommerce-first-data-global-gateway-e4-hosted-solution-module.html
I want to use this gateway with Bank of America.
I have Hmac Key, Gateway Key, Password and Key ID is available from Bank of America.
This plugin requires Transaction Key and Payment page login which is different from my details.

I have checked documentation and I can’t find any solution.
How can I use this details in this plugin.
