Geoip Country Redirection isn’t working

Hi

We have is two Magento site views, the /row/ view using a sub-directory.
http://www.sample.co.uk
http://www.sample.co.uk/row
We have set up a redirection so that all countries point to the /row/ store.
The UK points to the main URL.
But, if a UK users visits the /row/ store, they can see it, instead of being redirected to the main domain.
Likewise, if another country visits the main domain, they are not redirected to the /row/ store.
Kindly help me on this..

Download the Geolite city database http://dev.maxmind.com/geoip/legacy/geolite – binary/gzip file and upload in your site below path
/lib/geoip/geolitecity
