    If I switch in PayPal Manager from Live to Test, I receive the error message. I just checked my Store Sales and anything with a credit card comes up as a ‘Payment Declined’.

    Ensure that you have configured the Sandbox email id in PayPal Manager.

    Also ensure that the Sandbox mode is “Yes” in your PayPal Payment Advanced module settings.
