    Hi,

    I am using Magento Payeezy firstdata gge4 in my site. Here I’m getting the following error: unauthorized request. bad or missing credentials.

    Can anyone help to solve this?

    Hi,

    Login to your Firstdata account >> go to terminals >> select terminal.

    You can get the username, gateway id and gateway password. Do update ,copy & paste it in the module backend. Then click on save configuration.
