    Hi,

    I am using Magento Firstdata GGE4 http://www.modulebazaar.com/en/magento-first-data-gge4-extension.html
    When creating orders from admin panel, its not showing credit card fields like card number, cvv and expiry date.
    Its directly placing the order without asking any card details.
    Can you fix this issue in the module, because we need to place many phone call orders in our site.
