    Hi,

    Thanks for reaching us !

    Marketplace – Messaging system add on marketplace customer to contact marketplace seller easily. This Add-on allows the customers to contact sellers via email within the system. Here admin will be copied in each conversation. Here customers can have trade related inquiry, product return related queries etc. Here the message will be received in seller’s dashboard itself, and hence seller can reply to the mails and receive replies easily. In the same way, Customer can see their list of mails sent & received by them in My Accounts. Here Admin is in loop for each message sent between seller and customer
