Shopify sms notification-error

i use your plugin in my shopify store but its not working.i configure plugin with twillo but when i go to the send costume message screen and select customer then i press send button its redirect me to the twillo sms configure screen and display message “custom sms setting save successfully”. but i don’t receive sms so can you please help me to solve this problem.

Dear Jess,

The messages can be sent from Shopify – SMS Notify App back end.

Before sending messages you need to create the following,

1. Configure your Twilio account details in the tab,’Twilio SMS Configuration’ and then
2. Create your customer groups as by default in Shopify customer groups.

Then you can try sending SMS to the selected Customer Groups and the customer will receive SMS notifications.
